1. Register now to become a member of The White Swan Club
As long as you register online at www.whiteswanhotel.com, you will become a member of The White Swan Club. Then reserve online and you are entitled to stay at White Swan hotel for free!
2. Points accumulating system
After you reserve online then successfully stay and check-out from White Swan hotel, the hotel staffs will transfer 10% of your room fees as points to your account. (Example: Derek registered online and reserved a room for 2 nights. As room fee is RMB1,000.00 per night, Derek will receive RMB1,000.00 x 2nights x10% = 200points)
3. Terms and conditions:
l Prospective members have to register and make bookings online. Points corresponding to different bookings will be stored into the members’ account.
l To receive points, the member who made the reservation has to stay at White Swan hotel.
l A member will not receive any points in a case when NO-SHOW happens.
l Any other expenses, besides room reservation through the hotel website, in White Swan hotel will NOT be stored into a member’s account.
l All member accounts are valid for 2 years. (Example: Derek registers online on 3-20-2008 and his account will expire on 3-20-2010.)
l Points will be stored into member’s account within 1 week after his or her check-out.
l Members can log in to the system and redeem those items in the “Apply Gift” link.
l Redemptions for any items are subjected to availability, and all redemption requests have to be made at least 3 days before arrival. Requests can be made by phone, email or through the hotel website directly. Please note that all requests are considered successful upon receipt of confirmation from White Swan hotel.
l Points will be deducted automatically when confirm redemption.
l Points are not transferrable to other accounts of the White Swan Club.
l Terms and conditions are subjected to changes with prior notice.
